Lifetime Warranty

Faye provides a Lifetime Warranty for the plating of all our demi-fine jewelry pieces, ensuring that your pieces remain shiny and beautiful for as long as you own them. Enjoy your jewelry the way you want to, with confidence.

Claim Process

If your jewelry requires a warranty claim, follow the steps below:

  1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email your order number, the photo, and your warranty claim to care@fayestore.in.
  3. Upon receiving the item, we’ll process your claim and offer you store credit according to the terms below.

Credit Terms:

  • 0–6 months: 50% of the invoice value.
  • 6–12 months: 25% of the invoice value.
  • After 12 months: 15% of the invoice value.

Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Exclusions from Warranty

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from normal usage.
  • Alterations or resizing by third parties.
  • Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
  • Loss of crystals or stones from the jewelry.
  • Luxury handcrafted sets (not applicable under warranty).

Jewelry Care Tips

Faye jewelry is crafted for daily use, so there are no strict "do's and don’ts." Simply enjoy wearing your jewelry the way you want, and rest assured it’s built to last.

Breakage Warranty

We offer a Breakage Warranty to ensure that our customers are taken care of if something goes wrong.

  • If your jewelry breaks during regular use, you can claim 15% of the product value as Faye Cash.
  • The Faye Cash is redeemable within 6 months, online

Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

Faye offers a Lifetime Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made within India. Whether you want to exchange or sell back your jewelry, we’re here to help. You can easily raise a buy-back or exchange request either at one of our physical stores or online.

Buy-back Calculation:

  • 0–6 months: 50% of the purchase value.
  • 6–12 months: 25% of the purchase value.
  • After 12 months: 15% of the purchase value.

The product needs to be self-shipped to our office in Mumbai or handed over to any outlet featuring Faye products.

Important Notes:

  • For Sterling Silver Hallmarked Jewelry, if the hallmark certificate is missing, a ₹200 deduction per certificate will apply.
  • The final buy-back value will be loaded as Faye Cash after a Quality Check (QC). The Faye Cash will remain valid for 365 days and can be used online or in-store.
